Christine Bothwell BA FCIPD
Christine teamed up with Pragmatic HR as an Associate in January 2015, becoming an employee in 2020. Christine brings with her over 30 years’ experience of management roles from the manufacturing, engineering, social care and charity sectors.
Christine is well versed in managing HR projects from planning to final implementation. In depth HR issues such as restructures, changes to terms and conditions, TUPE transfers and redundancies are part of Christine’s colourful HR experience.
As a generalist Christine is equally as comfortable with day-to-day HR work, including disciplinary investigations, managing sickness absence, dealing with grievances and performance management.
Christine is a highly qualified trainer and coaching mentor and indeed a PRINCE2 practitioner.
It’s not all about work…
Christine lives on the edge of the Gower Peninsula and enjoys walking her dog on the local beaches. She also loves to cook and can bake a pretty good cake.
